Minimum Charge $15.50 for 2,000 Gallons
Over 2000 Gallons $4.25 per 1,000 Gallons used

*Santa Villa Residents Add $9.31 for USDA Loan

*Avalon Utilities Residents Add $5.00 for tie-ins and upgrades

Reuse Rates
Minimum Charge $10.00 for 20,000 Gallons
Over 20,000 Gallons $.50 per 1,000 Gallons
