WATER & SEWER RATES FOR PACE WATER SYSTEM Effective January 1st, 2008 Water Rates Minimum Charge $7.75 for 2,000 gallons Over 2,000 gallons $2.68 per 1,000 gallons For Water Customers ONLY: As of September, 2007, $1.00 will be added to each monthly bill per tap for the maintenance of fire hydrants. Sewer Rates Minimum Charge $12.70 for 2,000 gallons Santa Villa Residents Add $9.31 for USDA Loan Over 2,000 gallons $3.85 per 1,000 gallons
Reuse Rates Minimum Charge $10.00 for 20,000 gallons Over 20,000 gallons $.50 per 1,000 gallons
Tap Fees Water Tap $1,600. Sewer Tap $4,000.
Deposits Water Deposit – Home Owners $50.00 Water Deposit – Renters $75.00 Water Deposit – Commercial & Realtors $100.00 Sewer Deposit $25.00 Sewer Customers Only $50.00 Service and Delinquent Charges Same Day Service Connection $25.00 after 2pm Penalty 10% of Billing If Not Paid by Due Date Delinquent Fee $50.00 Click here for a pdf copy of our fees.
