Billing & Payments
Bills are mailed monthly in three cycles. Depending on
where you live is when your bill is mailed out during the month. All of
our water meters are read monthly using a touch read transmitter
that electronically transfers the usage to a reader then is loaded into
our office computer system. This prevents human error from reading
meters. The computers also check for items such as excessive usage.
Payments may be made by several methods:
Payments can be made in our office or through our drive-up window during our normal work hours. There is a drop box by the drive-up window for after-hours. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards
You may view or pay your bill online using a credit card by clicking on the VIEW/PAY ACCOUNT ONLINE button below or by phone 1-888-341-0197. You will need your Web ID number which is located on your statement.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING ITEMS BEFORE PAYING ON LINE:
YOU MUST KNOW YOUR PACE WATER SYSTEM WEB ID NUMBER AND HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD.
THE ADDRESS ENTERED MUST BE THE SAME AS THE CREDIT CARD.
YOU MUST PAY YOUR ENTIRE MONTHLY BILL TO MAINTAIN SERVICE.
ON-LINE PAYMENTS ARE POSTED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
