Billing & Payments

Bills are mailed monthly in three cycles.  Depending on where you live is when your bill is mailed out during the month.  All of our water meters are read monthly using a touch read transmitter that electronically transfers the usage to a reader then is loaded into our office computer system.  This prevents human error from reading meters.  The computers also check for items such as excessive usage.

Payments may be made by several methods:

Payments can be made in our office or through our drive-up window during our normal work hours.  There is a drop box by the drive-up window for after-hours.  We accept cash, checks, or credit cards

The following banks now accept Pace Water System payments.  Customers should bring in their current bills only.  Only the locations indicated accept the payments:  Members First Credit Union, Pace Branch, located on Hwy 90.  United Bank at the intersection of Hwy 90 and Diamond Street.

You may pay your bill online using a credit card by clicking on the Pay Online Button below.

You may also set up bill payments through your bank and we do have automatic monthly payments.
In addition, we may have a phone system that will allow for billing statements and to call customers on late payments, high water usage or for service interruptions (such as main breaks or scheduled repairs/construction).  Please call our office for more details.

YOU MUST KNOW YOUR PACE WATER SYSTEM ACCOUNT NUMBER (CUSTOMER ID) AND HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD.  

 THE ADDRESS ENTERED MUST BE THE SAME AS THE CREDIT CARD.

DO NOT PAY ON-LINE IF YOU HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED OR ARE CLOSE TO BEING DISCONNECTED FOR NON PAYMENT.  PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE.

YOU MUST PAY YOUR ENTIRE MONTHLY BILL TO MAINTAIN SERVICE.

ON-LINE PAYMENTS ARE POSTED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

You can pay your bill on line with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards safely  and securely for our customers.  The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:
